Prime Minister of Australia, the Hon Anthony Albanese MP, and Prime Minister of Malaysia, the Hon Anwar Ibrahim, met in Melbourne ahead of the 2024 ASEAN-Australia Special Summit.
The government is now operating in accordance with the Guidance on Caretaker Conventions, pending the outcome of the 2025 federal election.
